How your donation will help

• $10 provides one year of newsletters to a cancer survivor
• $75 shares information and referral services for one month
• $150 maintains our patient-friendly, cancer-related library for 30 days
• $290 pays for outreach services to 10 New Mexicans—even in the most remote areas
• $450 allows five survivors and caregivers to attend support & discussion groups for a full year
• $1000 defrays the cost of training 12 peers to lead support groups
• $2000 brings 10 New Mexicans together for cancer-related, educational workshops

Federal Employees

The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) allows federal employees to make donations through payroll deductions to People Living Through Cancer by using CFC CODE 81515.  For more information ask your employer.

State of New Mexico Employees

Employees of the state of New Mexico employees may donate through payroll deductions by using Donation CODE 00080.  Ask your employer for more information.

Giving Through United Way

United Way of Central New Mexico acknowledges People Living Through Cancer as a chosen recipient of charitable donations through your payroll deductions.  Contact your employer for more information.

Maximize Your Donations!!

 Many employers set aside a portion of their budget for charitable contributions or grants.   Additionally, some companies provide matching contributions for donations made (or hours volunteered) by their employees.  Please check with your employer to see if there is a charitable contributions program.

Charitable Gifts by Will or Trust

 Common methods include outright gifts and gifts made through a will or trust. Other alternatives include a life insurance policy or a gift upon death from an IRA or retirement plan. If you plan to make a charitable gift by will, think it through carefully. Meet with your attorney to discuss and update your will.  We hope you'll tell us when you have named People Living Through Cancer in your will.
